Site Owners

Group site owners can manage members, approve or remove access to the site, promote other members to owners, edit site settings and deactivate site to make it unavailable to members.

Members can request to become members or owners of Public group resource sites. Requests have to be approved by Group Site Owners. Pending requests will be listed in Group Site Owner's Pending Approvals tab.
  1. Select My Group Sites tab
  2. Select a group site from the list
  3. Select Members
  4. Select Pending Approvals
  5. All pending request will be displayed. Type of membership requested will be listed in Status column: Site Owner or Member
 

 
Group Site Owners can invite members to join their group resource sites. Pending invitations will be listed in Invited tab until it is accepted by a member.
  1. Select My Group Sites tab
  2. Select a group site from the list
  3. Select Members
  4. Select Invited
  5. All pending invitations will be displayed in the list
 

 
  1. Log into leadershiplinx.ca
  2. Select My Group Sites tab
  3. Select a group site from the list
  4. Select Members
  5. Select Pending Approvals
  6. Click Approve or Deny

  2. Select My Group Sites tab
  3. Select a group site from the list
  4. Select Members
  5. Select Pending Approvals
  6. Click Approve or Deny

Members requesting Site Ownership will be marked as Owners in Pending Approvals

 

 
  1. Select My Group Sites tab
  2. Select a group site from the list
  3. Click Site Settings
  4. Select Edit Site Settings
  5. Make changes 
  6. Click Save Site Settings
 

 
  1. Select My Group Sites tab
  2. Select a group site from the list
  3. Click Site Settings
  4. Select Activate this Site
 

 

Members will remain in the group but will not be able to access site while deactivated.

  1. Select My Group Sites tab
  2. Select a group site from the list
  3. Click Site Settings
  4. Select Deactivate this Site
